We hope you love your candle(s), but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. Customers have 14 days from receipt to return your item(s). After that, we cannot accept your return.
Return Eligibility Policy: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) need to be in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. [Sales of e-gift cards are FINAL and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.]
To start the process for a Return or Exchange, please email customerservice@yearnin.com. Please include your name, date of purchase, order number, and reason for return in the email, and a photo if the candle is damaged.
Exchanges: If your candle(s) is/are damaged during shipping, you can request an exchange for the identical product. Take photos of the damaged product immediately (including the packaging if relevant), and email the photos to: customerservice@yearnin.com. You will have 72 hours from delivery to request an exchange for the identical product. Once we approve the exchange, we will process and ship an identical replacement product right away. You will have 14 days to return the damaged item. If after 30 days, we have not received your return, we will charge you for the cost of the replacement.
Return and Exchange Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. Trackable shipping or insurance is highly recommended. If the item(s) is/are not delivered to us, we cannot process your return or exchange.
Returns: Once the return is received, we will inspect to ensure it complies with our return eligibility. The return will be processed, and funds will be returned to the original payment method within seven days. If rejected, we will notify you through email.
