Important:
Please check shipping address and shipping speed. We are not able to change/update shipping address or shipping speed after you place your order. Once your order is placed, nothing can be changed. We only use the main shipping partners (UPS,FEDEX, AND USPS).
Domestic Shipping:
To ensure candles are not sitting in the shippers’ warehouse, we only ship products Monday through Wednesday, but processing will continue during our regular hours of operation.
Processing time is between 1-3 business days. Shipping will be 1-7 business days, depending on what shipping method you pick. Orders with one-day shipping need to be placed before 7 am CST; orders placed after 7 am CST will be processed the following business day.
Our default shipping methods are UPS and USPS. But you will have the option to pick shipping company and method speed at checkout, except during summer/warmer months when we use UPS or FEDEX 1-3 day shipping to keep candles from melting or sweating. We take precautions on our side to make sure your candle(s) will be in excellent condition upon delivery.
International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping, but we do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping costs will be automatically applied during checkout. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks, we apologize for the inconvenience. You will be responsible for paying your duties and customs fees.
Missing Shipment Showing Delivered?
We hope you received your shipment, but if you have not, first¬¬- please look around your area and neighbors to see if it was delivered to another area. If you still do not see your package; please wait 72 hours to see if your package will be delivered at a later date. If after 72 hours your package still has not been received, please email us at customerservice@yearnin.com. We will look into the shipping issue, and we will send a replacement of the same identical product if eligible.
